The one indicator we'll be looking for
We're hiring again, which made us think about what we learned during the last months with our little experience from a few internships and freelance positions we had so far (and what others told us).
Our goal for very early hires is to find people that want to start their own companies at a later point in life. Why? Because their focus is on learning as much as possible to be prepared for that, rather than just doing the job.
(Of course that really depends on the position, but I think at the beginning of a startup, every position needs to be kind of "entrepreneurial").
