Why experimenting trumps debating
I just watched an episode of Gary Vaynerchuks show #AskGaryVee, where he's asked about overthinking and answers something like this:
"You can't just sit here and say 'Is this gonna work or not," debate it your whole life, never do it, and then not know the answer."
It definitely struck a chord with me. Alex and I sometimes spend a lot of time on debating about how something should look like or work. And usually, after long discussions, the answer is: "OK, we can't make a decision, let's try both and see what performs better." Why not make experimenting the default and save a lot of time and energy on overly discussing it?
Have a great weekend, guys.
