Re: Weekly Likes & Wishes
I got some responses after last night's newsletter, especially about which wishes we got.
Here's some examples:
- Clearer tasks (-> added them to our trello board to be as transparent as possible)
- More transparency about how fast outcomes from brainstormings will be developed
- About learning: That we show them more design related stuff, follow-up on a gamification workshop we did, and some time to read a book we bought
Btw: Although our team members gave us weekly feedback in forms of "likes & wishes," we stuck to giving them feedback throughout the week and mostly while planning their upcoming tasks with them. Today, one of our team mates asked if it's possible to write down some feedback into these documents as well, so we'll give it a try 👌.
