Hi, I'm Jan König 👋. I'm one of the founders of Jovo, 28 years old, and live in Berlin. < Go back to learn more.

On schedule

I was thinking about more structured days, recently. At the current phase of our startup, I'm spending most of my time with either reaching out to potential partners and investors or having meetings, pitches etc. Although this is extremely important right now, at the end of the day you go home and feel like you haven't done anything.

Are there any "hacks" you can recommend to be more efficient about this? I thought about setting up a timeboxed schedule (e.g. 8:30-9:00 emails, 9:00-10:00 outreach, every day) to be able to get stuff done before going into meetings. Have you experimented with something like that?

Interested to hear your opinion!
